House Rules for Scholar's Nest 🏠📜

Welcome to Scholar's Nest! To ensure a smooth and comfortable living experience for all students, we ask that you follow these house rules:

1. Respect Your Neighbors 🤝

- Be mindful of noise levels, especially during late hours. Quiet hours are typically from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.  

- Maintain a respectful and friendly atmosphere with fellow tenants and neighbors.

2. Cleanliness and Maintenance 🧼

- Keep your room and shared spaces clean and tidy. Regular cleaning is expected, and trash should be disposed of properly.  

- Report any maintenance issues promptly to the landlord or Scholar's Nest team so they can be addressed quickly.

3. No Smoking 🚭

- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and any indoor common areas. Designated smoking areas are available in some locations; please use them.

4. No Pets 🐾

- For the safety and comfort of all residents, pets are not allowed in the accommodation unless otherwise specified.

5. Rent Payments 💵

- Rent should be paid on time each month. A deposit is required upon moving in, and monthly payments should be made as per the contract terms.

6. Bicycle Access 🚲

- Free bicycles are available for use during the contract period. Please ensure you return the bicycle in good condition after use.

7. Transportation 🚗  

- We offer transportation assistance for your move-in and move-out. Please notify us in advance to schedule your ride.

8. Security and Safety 🔒

- Always lock doors and windows when leaving your room to ensure the safety of your belongings.  

- Report any security concerns or suspicious activity to the landlord immediately.

9. Respect for the Property 🏚️

- Please handle all property, furniture, and appliances with care. Any damages caused by negligence will be charged to the tenant.
