Taiwan and the U.S. continue to strengthen their educational partnership, focusing on language learning and STEM fields. A record number of 3,080 American students will study Mandarin in Taiwan in 2024, while Taiwanese instructors are also being sent to the U.S. Additionally, the two nations are expanding collaboration in STEM education, particularly in elementary and junior high schools
